Dr. John H. Susz

Dr. John H. Susz is a Board Certified Podiatric Surgeon and Wound Specialist providing medical and surgical treatments for all foot and ankle conditions as well as comprehensive wound care.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and Founding Fellow of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. John Susz now regards the Warren/Jamestown area as his home.  Dr. Susz received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Buffalo State College.  He completed his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, an affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.  Dr. Susz completed his residency training at Millcreek Community Hospital, an affiliate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.  This three-year surgical residency program focused on treating foot and ankle disorders with surgical and medical means. 

Dr. Susz is currently accepting new patients at both the Pine Grove office in Russell, PA and Jamestown office on Foote Avenue.  He also looks forward to making himself available for lectures to civic and community groups to discuss topics that relate to the lower extremity.  Dr. Susz enjoys spending free time with his wife and two children and is an avid All-Terrain Vehicle enthusiast.


Dr. Ann P. Grealish

Ann P. Grealish was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Boston Latin Academy High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She obtained her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, IL. She recently completed her 3 year residency at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, a Level 1 trauma center and the largest safety net hospital in New England. During her 3 year surgical residency, she received extensive training in treating foot and ankle maladies using both non-surgical and surgical means, with an emphasis on diabetic limb salvage.

As a student, she often drove through the Upstate New York area, travelling to different hospitals and to medical school in Chicago.  During this time, the beauty of the area as well as the friendliness of the community was impressed upon her.
